Prime Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls
- Provide accurate / valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Should adhere to communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Required Skills:
- Manage work responsibilities on own and have the skill of organizing the clutter
- He / She should be service oriented and client friendly
- Should be able to manage one's own time and the time to others
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Should be familiar with CRM
- Should be customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
Required Qualification:
- Graduation is must
- Diploma in CR / Service management would be preferred
- Excellent Oral & written communication
