Responsibilities:
1. Sales Planning and Marketing Strategy
2. Building Partnerships and Alliances.
3. Building and maintaining positive working relationships with Clients.
4. Monitoring competitor activity and planning our presence in the market.
5. Regular feedback to customers and immediate reporting authority.
6. Achieving Monthly / Quarterly / Annual sales targets.
7. Planning work schedules, Report field work on daily basis to assigned manager.
8. Target new and existing clients
9. Work with the Marketing Dept to develop and execute Corporate Sales initiatives.
10. Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail, email and networking events.
11. Keen to develop/gather market intelligence.
12. Maximize revenues from the existing customer base and developing ongoing account plans.
Expectation/Skills required:
1. Candidate should have experience in the Travel & hospitality sector.
2. Pleasing personality with Good Communication and Negotiation Skills Ability to work under pressure.
3. Ability to handle corporate presentations, documents, proposals, and managing the expectations of the customers
4. Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized.
5. Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
6. Proficiency in English
7. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
8. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
9. Fast learner and passion for sales
10. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
11. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
