Responsibilities:
1. Acting as an effective liaison between the Operations Team and the Affiliate partner of the company.
2. Building and delivering strong business processes to optimize benefits to the Affiliate partner.
3. Managing the online review management process for the Company.
4. Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities.
5. Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
6. Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
7. Developing customized targeted sales strategies.
8. Coordinating business generation activities.
9. Responding to client requests for proposals.
10. Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
11. Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.
12. Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
13. Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
14. Client Support & handling first level escalation.
15. Handle renewal as an account manager.
Expectation/Skills required:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
2. Persuasive and goal-oriented.
3. Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
4. Self-motivated and self-directed.
5. A friendly professional demeanor and ability to excel in a team-oriented environment
6. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel
7. Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude, a high degree of accuracy is required
8. Desire/ability to work and manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines successfully in a Startup environment.
Education:
1. UG: BA/BBA/BCOM -bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
