Sales Analyst
Role and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documentations, and relevant communication of information.
- Ensure adequacy of Sales related equipment and materials for the team.
- Laisse between Ops, Finance & Tech team for smooth functioning.
- Publish timely sales reports with relevant analytics for the sales team to understand their short comings, achievements and act accordingly. Share weekly reports with Sales Head and Stake Holders.
- Inform clients about new promotions, unforeseen delays, product issues, new launches via email blasts and share the data with sales team for further closures.
- Assist Sales team in organizing database, promotional materials, or region wise events.
Skills :
- Proven success in sales coordination
- Strong communication, written, telephone and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Other languages will be an advantage.
- Should be highly organized, ability to work individually but time to time coordinate with Sales Team when required, should be a team player and get along easily with others.
- Understanding of software as a service (SaaS) model will be added advantage.
- Good Computer skills (especially Excel, presentation and email management)
