We are looking for service delivery manager who can who can work with our customers and delivery engineers to ensure timely delivery of services, customer success, service KPIs. Founders of the company has impressive track record working in top MNCs and studied in premier institutes in India and abroad. Responsibilities :

- Responsible for overall delivery for the service line

- Work with clients to gather their data and suggest marketing campaigns to them.

- Work with our delivery engineers to deliver chatbots for their marketing campaigns.

- Establish customer success metrics and ensure we meet them consistently.

- Acts as a referral point for client issues, escalations, complaints and manages Crisis situations.

- Track service KPIs and metrics to make sure service quality is up to the mark.

Requirements :

College - Tier 1 colleges

Experience - 2-8 years industry experience

Excitement - Customer Success and marketing

Skills - Self-driven and excellent communication skills
