Kennect is a B2B Sales Performance and Incentive Management Platform that is helping large enterprises in driving Sales performance using incentive as a lever.
We are looking for people with the ABILITY, ATTITUDE and APPETITE to achieve maximum sales profitability. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
Responsibilities :
- Reaching out to new prospects across different industries through emails, calls.
Discovering and setting up meetings with new prospects for our SaaS product.
- Focusing on Sales Performance management and Incentive solution for large Sales Organisations in US.
- Promote Company Products - Build awareness among the right audience through creative emails, innovative ways to reach out to prospects.
- Understand the products and services offered by Kennect and be able to articulate its functions and benefits to prospects.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience : 0 - 2 years in relevant field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
