Position Overview :
- As a Management Trainee - Inbound Sales and Client Partner at Ken Research, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by converting inbound leads and managing pre-sales client interactions.
- You will serve as a key client partner, addressing queries from new, existing, and prospective clients while building and nurturing strong relationships.
- You will be responsible for driving value through in-depth need analysis across complex problems such as market entry, business model shift, expansion paradigm, demand and customer analysis and more.
- Your focus will be on delivering tailored market research and business analytics solutions that align with client needs and support their go-to-market strategies.
Responsibility Deliverables :
1. Engage with global clients across diverse industries, leveraging your understanding of their business needs to position Ken Research as their preferred management consulting partner.
2. Develop a deep understanding of clients' problem statements and provide strategic insights to support their decision-making.
3. Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to identify client challenges, opportunities, and pain points.
4. Qualify inbound leads through BANT criteria and assess their alignment with our services, guiding them seamlessly through the pre-sales process.
5. Proactively follow up with clients to maintain engagement and foster long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Competencies :
- Strong command of English (both written and verbal) with exceptional client handling and rapport-building skills.
- Expertise in B2B communication and presales strategies, with a knack for understanding complex business dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations. Prior CRM software usage preferred
- Skilled in secondary and proprietary research, social media engagement, data sourcing, and contact building.
- Confident, dynamic, and a true go-getter with a passion for client engagement and a proactive approach to business development.
- Personal traits: Energetic, persistent, eager to learn, empathetic, and hospitable.
