Business Development Executive


Job Description :

- Generate qualified leads through Cold Calling, emails & other sources.

- Ability to engage prospects on the first call and convert it into lead.

- Clear and concise verbal communication skills appropriate to the US/European/APAC Market.

- Proven ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities.

- Knowledge of sales and marketing including basic selling principles and should understand the initial interest or pain points of the prospects.

- Ability to quickly research a prospective company and tailor the initial call to their specific needs.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation quotas.

- A disciplined approach to managing the territories.

- Identify potential contacts and decision-makers in client organizations.

- Strong email drafting skills.

- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and MS Office would be an added advantage.

- Should have Business Development experience for the European Market and should well understand GDPR compliance.

- Candidate with ERP & Integration Business development experience preferred but not mandatory.
