Kellton Tech - Associate - Business Development (4-8 yrs)
Primary skill : Business Development, pre- sales consultant
The primary focus of this role is to :
- Evangelize Kellton offerings in the areas of Digital and Enterprise services.
- Present the core value propositions of Kelltons solutions to the prospects in Europe
You will be responsible for providing the required sales support to the field sales :
- Research on the prospect, company analysis, gathering insights on their focus areas, pain points
- Spot opportunities and align Kelltons offerings to prepare the pitch decks
- Responsible for taking ownership of end to end bid process, collaborating with senior delivery, sales and internal stakeholders
- Work closely with sales to drive pipeline
- Support in Proposal defense / orals & workshops, building the required collateral
- Client interactions, interfacing with senior stakeholders, requirement gathering & analysis
- Contribution to POV/Blogs to be published on Kellton corporate website in coordination with the marketing team
- Help in Knowledge Management activities like generic pitch decks, case studies compilation
Essential Experience :
- This is a cross-functional role and will require good business acumen to understand the needs of the customers across different domains
- 4+ years of experience with MBA, IT Experience is a plus
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle, delivery models & project management
- Proposal writing, articulation business value is a must have.
- Good communication and story narration skills are huge plus. Should be able to talk to both Business and Technical leaders with equal ease.
