Keizer Solutions - Executive - Business Development (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identifying new sales leads and opportunities.
- Pitching Keizer's services to clients.
- Interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about new partnerships and vendors.
- Building Database of Ideal Market, Ideal Customers, and RPC's.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings/calls.
- Forge new relationships with business clients, maintain and build on existing ones.
Skill Sets Required:
- The candidate must be a self-motivated, energetic and should have positive attitude.
- Good communication skills are an absolute must (Verbal & Written) along with IT fluency.
- Socially adept.
- Should have experience in Sales and BD profile.
- Experience with US healthcare Industry is preferable.
- Should have at least 1 yr outbound calling experience (US).
- Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Social Media and Database research activities experience.
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Experience - 2+ Years in similar role - Sales and BD profile - outbound calling experience (US)
- Educational Qualifications - Bachelors / Masters Degree
- Candidate willing to work in night shift 6:00 PM Onwards
