Keiretsu - Relationship Manager/Branch Sales Manager - Loan Against Property (1-4 yrs)
- Will be responsible to manage sales of Micro LAP i.e. Loan Against Property in given region.
- Sourcing of New Business from Walk-in Customer and through Cold calling, open Market, Connectors & Cross Sell.
- Guiding the Clients for obtaining Loan
- Collecting the document as per the requirements of loan
- To act as a productive resource by meeting targets.
- To ensure the fulfillment of budgetary expectations of the organization.
- Exploring new areas and ways to achieve productivity.
- Preparing and maintaining MIS report.
Requirements :
- Min 1 year experience in Affordable Housing i.e. Home Loan & Loan Against Property (HL & LAP)
- Must be a willing to take field sales job
- Channel Management
- Good Communication.

- Flexible to Travel & move to other location
