Role Overview :
- Essential Functions of Assistant Event Productions
- Plan, promote and produce high quality events that meet the goals and expectations of Keiretsu Forum members
- Maintain a system of organizational excellence to ensure a smooth communication and tracking system for managing event logistics and attendance
- Track, monitor, and report on the on-going progress of all events in the pipeline
- Maintain an external presence in appropriate venues to promote Keiretsu Forum, build positive community goodwill, and recruit potential presenting companies and members
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Finance, Economics, or other relevant field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; Demonstrates a high level of diplomacy
- Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office 365, Dropbox, and a high aptitude with technology
- Created or assisted in creating successful virtual events
- Ability to quickly build authentic relationships, provide high-quality customer service
- Strong work ethic, hands-on, detail oriented and success driven
- Team player, ability to work cross-functionally, self-driven, motivated, and able to work under pressure
- Able to drive a project from conception to completion, not just execute on an existing plan

- Coordination on Administrative Support & Event
- Data Entry Oversight
- Member Attendance/Feedback on Events
- Handle daily ops task, event-related communication & follow ups
- Help with attendee registration & event preparation
- Organization, Coordination, Promotion and Monthly Event Productions
