Keansa Solutions - Inside Sales Role (3-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and present Keansa's solutions effectively.
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, product demos, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track sales pipeline activities.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted campaigns and improve lead conversion.
- Stay updated on industry trends and Keansa's offerings to provide relevant insights to prospects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Min 3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage prospects and build long-term relationships.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.
- Prior experience in technology, SaaS, or EPM solutions is a plus.
