Kea Organics - Manager - Social Media Marketing (2-4 yrs)
Allter is India's first sustainable baby products brand.
The ideal candidate will expand Allter's presence as a sustainable brand by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute Performance Marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
- Execute social media marketing campaigns on Instagram and Facebook.
- Ideate new strategies to maximize brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content.
- Analyze reports from different marketing channels to gauge effectiveness of campaigns.
- Plan and monitor website content.
Qualifications :
- 2+ year of digital marketing experience.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook ads.
- Proficient in Google Analytics.
- Content Development.
- Data driven mindset.
- Past Client servicing/Marcomm experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
