- To Motivate and provide training to each team member and help them achieve their revenue targets
- Driving sales to ensure every new employee achieves their target.
- Conduct Skill gap analysis to identify areas of improvement.
- To ensure revenue generation and to achieve self + team target
- To Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
Required Candidate profile :
- Should be Aggressive and Target Oriented
- Experience in Software Sales
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Experience in managing and directing a sales team
- Strong decision making skills.
