KDK Software - Executive - Telesales/Customer Success (2-14 yrs)
This is an exciting role Customer Success Specialist where in you get to work in the Sales Function forTax Softwares. Under this role, you will be responsible for new customer acquisition with Negotiation and Closure of deals to deliver in Revenue Growth. You will be driving the business of Tax Filing application in thisrole. You will be communicating with Professionals (Chartered Accountant, Tax Practitioners, etc.) to understand their Tax Filing requirements like Income Tax, TDS, GST and suggest the right plan accordingly.
Job Responsibilities :
- To Negotiate with Prospects.
- Team with Product Expert to build pipeline and close the deals.
- Consult with Product expert Team if any Query arises from Client.
- To Convert Prospect into Customers and generate revenue and achieve the assigned Revenue Goal.
- To be informed about competing products and their pricing.
- To update daily tasks, activities in CRM.
