We are hiring for Customer Support in Tax Filing, with a leading Software company in Taxation software. You would be required to support customers and provide resolution to their queries.
Job Description:
- To support the customers via remote access or over the phone.
- To Listen and understand the queries and provide support and resolution to such queries.
- To update the information on the Support application in a rightful manner.
- To be flexible with 50+ customer calls during the day.
Required Candidate profile :
- Worked as Technical Support.
- 1 Year Experience in Voice Process- Customer Care
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
