Key Responsibilities :
Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and social media, to generate new leads.
Understanding Client Needs : Engage with prospects to understand their software requirements, challenges, and business objectives.
Product Presentation and Demonstrations : Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of the software through presentations, demos, and webinars.
Sales Pipeline Management : Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records and following up consistently to drive conversions.
Negotiation and Closing : Develop and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Client Relationship Building : Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing queries to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaboration with Teams : Coordinate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
