KCS Technologies - Manager - Business Development (8-14 yrs)
We are looking for dynamic, high energy sales professionals with 8- 14 years of successful experience, in a fast paced, goal oriented environment, with Selling & Business development experience into IT product & services space.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate (Technical background preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
- Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
- Responsible for prospecting for new business within specific territories especially for Chit Fund and NBFC Companies
- Market research for identifying the new client, lead generation & converting the lead in to prospect
- Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
- Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity to generate lead opportunities
- Maximizing lead generation by initiating and creating touch-base to develop high-level relationships by cold calling to potential clients
- Generation of new sales leads via Direct customer engagement.
- Able to show the product demos
- Requirement gathering, Analyzing, Negotiation and deal closure
- Should be willing to travel to other locations
- Attending Client calls, Presenting Company Products and services for smooth coordination
Additional Skills:
- Domain familiarity
- Consultative sales focus, Selling of IT services and solutions
- Must be technically savvy (fair understanding of the IT industry, typical services, client expectations, how deals are structured)
- General understanding of the market customers & competitors
- Drafting RFP/ RFQ
- Working closely with Delivery Team
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Identifying gaps in Products/Services and gathering client requirement
- Expand the relationships with existing customers/Clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Responding to complaints from clients and providing after-sales support as requested.
- Review clients orders and plan and coordinate delivery activities
