We source speciality coffee beans from Indian farmers, create artisanal roast profiles, and supply equipment and expertise that enables quality coffee consumption. Specific Responsibilities :

- Approach customer service as a tool for delivering quality service to our customers

- The customer service representative's daily job will involve interacting with customers; individual and corporate, advising them on coffee varieties and banking transaction, making sure all invoicing and payments follow-ups are done

- Suggest to customers about different types of coffee beans that are suitable to individual's taste and navigate them through basics of coffee for home brewing, suggest brewing equipment etc.

- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies

- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns

- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

- Be alert and available, on website and social Media and calls solve all customer questions

- Resolve customer complaints and queries

- Update customers on order cycle and mark details in the system too

- Follow up with potential customers who visited a website and convert them to customers

- Be open to learning and growing with the company

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications :

- Consistency, attention to detail

- Time management

- People skills

- Experience with dealing with customers

- Someone who enjoys talking to customers

- Good command over English verbal & written both

- Manage basic calculations for billing and inventory management
