Job Description
- Developing and managing a portfolio of customers.
- Connect and engage with pre generated leads.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Answering the potential customers' questions and sending information via email.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of product & service information.
- Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers.
- Achieving the given monthly sales target by identifying and developing new leads.
Required Qualification : Graduates
Required Skills
- 0-2 years of proven work experience in sales.
- Sound knowledge of the local market and customer base.
- Be a self-starter with a demonstrable track record.
- Willingness to work and adapt to a fast growing & changing environment.
- Possesses strong customer relationship management skills and must be customer- centric
- Ability to work independently, learn quickly and be proactive.
- Ability to perform and work well under pressure, good analytical & troubleshooting skills
- Good technical understanding of the products
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
