Job description

Plan and execute core Electric Vehicle related projects, deliverables on Go-To-Market Strategy, Conceptualization, Solutioning, Designing and reporting.

- Collaborate with industry and capability teams to arrive at comprehensive recommendations and action plans for accounts and projects.

- Develop point of view and solutioning around EVs for large Organisations.

- Undertake research and analysis on EV ecosystem, Hybrid Vehicles for key accounts.

Primary Skills :

- 5-10 years in acquiring and managing clients in a B2B environment. 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.

- Collaborative working style. Must work well in a team environment.

- Experience in consultative sales.

- Manage existing accounts to ensure revenue levels are grown and product array widened, through cross selling.


- SAAS/Automotive or Manufacturing or logistics industry experience with a core emphasis on Passenger Cars / Commercial Vehicles (IC/Hybrid/Electric) and Electric Vehicles in specific, preferably executing and managing end to end consulting projects will be an added advantage.

- Experience in managing and executing Automotive projects in OEMs/Tier1 will be an added advantage.

Secondary Skills :

- Program/Account management background is preferred.

- Ability to work with senior leaders and manage both domestic and international projects.

- BE / B-Tech and MBA / PGDM in relevant disciplines.

- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked high-energy environment with a collaborative working style. Must work well in a team environment.
