Kazam CMS - Executive - Sales (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To identify the market opportunity to establish the Kazam brand and manage the sales and business development activities with Ecommerce, Fleets, and warehousing companies.
- Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
- To create and maintain the database of prospect clients, maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
- To ensure that sales enablement is effective and address any gaps as necessary.
- Responsible for the sales of EV Charging stations to Logistic Fleets and Enterprises.
- Visit prospective customers to stimulate interest in establishing or expanding electric vehicle fleet and commercial purchases
- Answer and respond to sales inquiries and/or requests for proposals promptly to obtain business.
- Prepare contracts and oversee the purchase process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage finance and delivery paperwork
Oversee logistics of vehicle charging acquisition and delivery to customers
- Ensures that the fleet units sold produce sufficient gross to aid the dealership in reaching its objectives on a monthly & yearly basis
Required Qualification-
Graduates/ MBA preferred.
Skill Required-
- 3--5 years of experience in Fleet and Commercial sales
- Experience in FMCG, Ecom, Warehousing & Logistics industry
- Sound knowledge of local market and customer base.
- Be a self-starter with a demonstrable track record.
- Willingness to work and adapt to a fast-growing & changing environment.
- Possesses strong customer relationship management skills and must be customer-centric
- Ability to work independently, learn quickly and be proactive.
- Ability to perform and work well under pressure, good analytical & troubleshooting skill
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
