About the Role:

Selected Operation executive work to plan and implement all on ground campaign activities for the Client. That includes issue identification, stakeholder management and monitoring. As part of campaign activities/job responsibility, you will be working closely with Party workers, community groups, elected representatives.



Duties & Responsibilities :

- Plan, conceptualize, strategize and execute on ground campaigns

- Interact and work closely with the client team, Party leadership, Candidates, and Workers.

- Conduct primary research and develop grassroots intelligence needed for election success.

- Coordinate with the internal team such as digital media, data analytics, supply & procurement to develop election strategies.

- Ability to analyse ground reality and make plans accordingly; also create actionable insights, strategies, and initiatives for stakeholders.


Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum Graduation or BSW or MSW or MBA

- 1 to 3 years of working experience.

- Candidate must have Bike and Smartphone.

- Willingness to work, stay and travel in Pune

- Proficiency in Marathi and Hindi
