Position: Senior Agriculture Advisor
We're looking for a dynamic Senior Agriculture Advisor to join our team! In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to support farmers, improve their crop yields, and drive the growth of agricultural product sales. You'll also play a critical role in managing key customer accounts and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with farming customers.
- Provide expert advice to farmers via phone, WhatsApp, and email, assisting with crop management, challenges, and product recommendations.
- Offer guidance to farmers on best practices and solutions to enhance productivity.
- Drive sales and promote agricultural products through our e-commerce platform.
- Stay current on product offerings and services to deliver the most up-to-date, relevant advice.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with large accounts and key customers.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in agriculture or agronomy.
- In-depth knowledge of farming practices, crop management, and agricultural products.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to advise and influence.
- Proficient in analyzing agricultural data and making data-driven recommendations.
- A degree in Agricultural Science or a related field.
