Position: Sales Executive

Location: B97- 4th floor Pushpanjali Enclave near SBI bank, Pitampura, Delhi.

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding our customer base, driving sales growth, and promoting the benefits of our premium range of essential and carrier oils. The ideal candidate will have a passion for natural wellness, a strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales and Business Development:

- Identify and target potential customers in the wellness, skincare, and aromatherapy industries, including distributors, retailers, and individual clients.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive the company's market share and revenue growth.

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

- Present and promote the company's range of essential and carrier oils to potential clients, focusing on their natural, sustainable, and wellness benefits.

- Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

- Offer expert guidance on product selection and educate clients on the holistic health benefits of using natural oils.

- Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

- Track and report on sales performance, including monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Provide regular updates to the sales manager on customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Forecast sales and ensure alignment with company goals.

- Collaboration and Teamwork:

- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Participate in product launches and promotional campaigns, contributing to their success.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in wellness, skincare, essential oils, or natural products.

- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Passion for natural well-being, holistic health practices, and sustainable products.

- Knowledge of the aromatherapy and wellness industry is a plus.

- Ability to travel (if required) to meet clients and attend industry events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: - 11,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
