Katyayani Organics - Executive - Sales (0-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and target new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients to achieve sales targets.
- Approach and engage with potential clients to present products or services and close sales.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Follow up with existing clients to generate repeat business and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
3. Sales Presentations & Negotiation:
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and value proposition.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure deals while maintaining company profitability.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and quotations to customers.
4. Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Continuously monitor and adjust strategies to ensure sales objectives are achieved.
- Track and report sales activities, progress, and outcomes to the Sales Manager.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Gather feedback from clients and share insights with the sales and marketing teams to improve product offerings.
6. Customer Support & Issue Resolution:
- Address client concerns, questions, and issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, ensuring smooth product or service delivery.
- Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to resolve any issues or delays.
7. Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales opportunities in CRM systems.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and potential leads to the Sales Manager.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market conditions.
8. Collaboration with the Sales Team:
- Work closely with other members of the sales team to share leads, information, and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales campaigns with promotional activities.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance the sales process and strategy.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
