Katyayani Organics - Associate - Performance Marketing (1-2 yrs)
- As a Performance Marketing Associate, you will create, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns. You will be responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to booth growth.
Responsibilities :
- Work on the creation, execution, and maintenance of PPC Ads campaigns in Google /Facebook ads.
- Generate qualified leads according to the provided targets.
- Conduct A/B testing for social media and various ad campaigns.
- Manage and report on budget planning/performance of ad campaigns.
- Perform and report on ad quality analysis.
- Execute the strategies for the formation and placement of various lead magnets on various websites and social media channels.
- Create, design, execute, monitor, and analyze successful email marketing campaigns.
- Execute message campaigns through automation tools.
- Monitor, respond, and engage with the online community daily.
- Analytical: Ability to closely examine and identify relevant information
Key Requirements :
- Minimum 1-2 years of experienced .
- A Bachelor's degree is a must.
- Should be ready to work from the office in Bhopal from Monday to Saturday
- In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords.
