JD for the post of MRO Coordinator/Field Sales Manager :

- Sales experience of Life or Health or Motor Insurance (tele calling / direct sales)

- Should have marketing experience and convincing ability.

- He must willing to travel all over India.

- Training, motivating and developing MRO's (marketing representatives)

- Provide regular updates to the immediate superior when required

- Any other work as may be assigned by Reporting Head/Company from time to time.

- Build long-lasting client relationships

- Attend meetings, sales events and training.

- Report and provide feedback to management.

- Educate customers on how products or services can be benefiting them financially and professionally.

- Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis.

- Research and source potential clients and build a long-term relationship with them.

- Advice clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs

- Deliver approved policies to new clients and explain the benefits and risks of the policy.

- Fill out and submit applications, issue quotes, maintain client records and prepare reports.

- Impeccable Interpersonal skills and friendly attitude.

- Having experience in Team Leading

- Sales experience in any insurance (Motor / Health / Mediclaim)

- Generate Business with the given data

Skills :


- Good communication skills.

- Minimum 3 years- experience in sales or insurance.

- Team Handling

- Must be a Graduate.

- Develop new sales strategies.

- Strong commercial awareness.

- A high degree of self-motivation and drive.
