Job Description :
We are looking for Passionate sales professionals to work in our Inside Sales environment. Someone should have passion into sales and should be invested in the front-end of the funnel of demand generation with establishing the Sales Development role. Ability to deal with objections to gain a next step commitment and will learn the ins and outs of the competitive world.

Self starter - takes initiative and has the ability to take pertinent decisions by himself/herself
Responsibilities :
- Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts;
- Soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; Setting up teleconference for Senior Management.
- Should be result oriented to achieve the assigned sales targets (across (India, Middle East and Australia), for the assigned territory.
- Assesses competitors by analysing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities.
- Hand over qualified prospects to field sales at the appropriate stage Nurturing of leads
- Capturing all conversations with prospects in the CRM tool for further analysis and reporting
- Closes new accounts by answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries; verifying and entering information.
- Leverage in-place marketing and sales automation platform and tools be more productive and purposeful in approach.
- Do the necessary research on prospect companies, contacts as much context as necessary to have a targeted conversation
- Coordination of end to end Sales process from lead generation, lead qualification, proposal submission.
