Katalyst - Executive - Telesales (2-7 yrs)
Responsibilities Include:
- Generate a sales pipeline and exceed monthly targets.
- Have a strong work ethic and a passion for technology, people, and processes.
- New Business Development.
- Lead generation and cold calling.
- Manage customer relationships to procure repeat business and life-time references.
- Understand Cloud solutions and how technology enables business productivity, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals to customers as needed
- 2 to 5 years of sales, email and chat process.
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Self-starter who is excited about learning new technologies on a daily basis
- Should have a typing speed of 35 WPM
Experience Required :
- Deep understanding of software as a service (SaaS), cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends.
- Experience in working directly with SME as well as enterprise accounts
- Proven ability to sell complex applications, datacenter and cloud technologies
- Familiarity with Microsoft Licensing.
- 2+ years cloud software selling experience
- 2+ years of success in consultative/complex technical sales and deployment projects
- 2+ years of experience in migrating on premise workloads to the cloud.
- Deep technical experience in one or more of the following areas: Microsoft software, hosting, and Windows servers.
Candidate Profile :
- Any Graduate with 2 years international calling experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills must
- Flexible with 24/7 Environment
