Kasplo - Business Development Specialist (1-5 yrs)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative with 1 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication, relationship-building, and strategic selling techniques. This role requires a results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
We currently have 8 open sales positions available, encompassing both US shifts and Indian shifts. Specifically, we are looking to fill 2 managerial positions and 5 executive positions across these shifts.
Location:- Chennai & Bengaluru
Important Points:
- Proven track record of success in sales with 2 to 3 years of experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of email marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales in the software, product SAAS or technology industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot, Freshsales) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation
- Leverage social media, cold calling, email, events etc. to identify potential leads
- Continuously build a robust pipeline of prospective accounts and contacts
- Uncover decision makers and key influencers in prospective accounts
- Research accounts to understand their needs and pain points
2. Initiating Contact
- Draft customized emails and cold call scripts to introduce your company
- Make a great first impression and develop rapport with prospective clients
- Ask insightful questions to understand their challenges and requirements
- Qualify prospects by assessing need, budget and decision-making process
- Propose next steps and request meetings to progress opportunities
3. Conducting Presentations & Demos
- Prepare tailored presentations and sales proposals for client meetings
- Travel to client locations to make formal sales presentations and product demos
- Handle all client questions and objections confidently and patiently
4. Negotiation & Closing
- Address client concerns and negotiate on pricing or contract terms
- Highlight product USPs, ROI and value proposition for the client
- Finalize and execute contracts, agreements and payment schedules
5. Sales Planning & Reporting
- Consistently update CRM with all prospect and client interactions
- Leverage CRM insights to analyze sales pipeline and activities
- Track and monitor key sales metrics like lead conversion rates
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management
