Job Summary
- Part of Sales and Marketing team
- Design and implement Sales and Marketing strategy
- Deal in selling large land parcels, Exposure in Lease sale, Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Sales.
- Large Warehouse Space.
- Overall profit center management
- Initiating sales promotion activities, participating in corporate campaigns/ events to showcase product
- Develop and Manage prospective clients / customers interested to invest in the Company's Real Estate Product and ensure revenue generation enabling the Organization to meet its Business Plan & Objectives.
- Helping in product configuration, amenities, pricing and project positioning.
- Introduction of best practices.
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base

Responsibilities and Duties
- Generating innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet objectives.
- Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients and providing them the utmost customer service.
- Prepares and recommends the Sales budget and monitors financial performance versus the budget to ensure alignment.
- Identifies business opportunities and pinpoints problem areas to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability per property sales.
- Ensure that the key accounts are effectively managed.
- Ensures to submit consistent property sales plans every month or quarterly for corporate sales review and revenue update.
- Perform any related duties and special projects as requested by the Sales Manager--
