What your average day would look like:
- Liaise with several teams- tech, product, legal, and customer success to ensure timely and accurate closure of agreements
- Work with relevant stake holders to track granting, usage and revoking of access rights
- Manage sales support tasks, such as lead gen and appointment booking, helping the sales team get more time to create opportunities to sell
- Provide broad operational day-to-day support with ownership of our CRM and ensure there is clear and effective communication between the sales team and clients
- Work alongside the marketing team to build a lead qualification process, arrange email campaigns and share information to create marketing content
- Track onboarding process adherence for new Clients
- Track all deals and gain full visibility of the sales pipeline for several products
- Track billables
- Work closely with sales teams to respond to RFPs and business solutions and ensure timely submissions.
What you need to work with us:
- Excellent communication skills - both written & spoken with proficiency in MS Office
- Proactive and self-motivated with a zeal to learn in fast paced agile environment
