What your average day would look like:
- Implement customer service documentation, procedures, policies, and standards
- Act as an advisor to key customer stakeholders to drive product adoption and ensure they leverage the solution to the fullest
- Track client activities to identify and eliminate churn risk
- Stay on top of customer queries to ensure prompt responses
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of feature requests/ services
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in the BFSI and fintech industry
- Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities
What you need to work with us:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic proficiency in computer skills
- Prior experience in banking domain is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills.
