Karvy - Executive - Customer Support (1-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Call the lead from the given database
- Explain what EB program is in detail
- Explain the current timelines and investment amount
- clearly elaborate the basic documentation needed
- clarify or escalate any customer query
- Ensure timely follow up very important
- Demonstrate knowledge and keep himself/herself updated on latest changes
- Take adequate notes on the conversation and update the call sheet accordingly
- Lead the customer to closure
- Take escalated calls
- MIS reporting all Auditing and monitoring
Desired Skills Experience :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong emphasis on English and Hindi
- Excellent selling skills and experience thereof
- Excellent negotiation, convincing skills
- Ability to work on Excel and MS-office skills
- Will need to work in night/other shifts independently with minimum supervision
