Purpose of the role
- To lead & execute plans for increasing market share of Retail broking business in the said area.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible to build and manage a retail team with a focus to aggressively acquire customers
- Corporate Deals - making corporate pitches and opening doors to get clients in large numbers
- Deliver product P&L for the Area by not only re-activating dormant customers but also acquire new customers
- Build and lead a highly effective team.
- Conceptualize and develop marketing plans for the products in line with the business plan.
- Ensure proper risk and control, and full compliance with internal policies and external regulations for the products and services.
