Job Description:
1. Work with a diverse group of internal and external stake holders and anticipate what client wants & follow-up to check that they are completely satisfied. Prepare monthly reports and trend analysis.
2. Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the service delivery teams to progress.
3. Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
4. Proven experience of leading the deployment of Enterprise solutions (ideally ITIL related) in client environments.
5. Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) stakeholders in solving program/project management, business process and/or technical problems.
Key Objective:
- Demonstrate business value to the client. Enhance client satisfaction and grow the account as per roadmap.
Market Development: Persuade clients to provide industry-wide references in order to support revenue growth outside the account.
Opportunity Management Cycle: Drive revenue within the assigned account scope. Identify business opportunities for additional business based on demonstrated capability and past performance.
Proposal Negotiation and Closure: Facilitate proposal between client and pursuit team's expert. Drives client consensus and pricing in order to articulate business value and win the deal at the right premium.
Contracting and MSA: Facilitate the discussion with Commercial Manage and act as the point-of-escalation if needed, in order to ensure quick closure of the contract within acceptable level of risk to Karvy.
Planning and Execution: Support pre-sales proposal for new business development outside of account scope. Conduct client presentations, Competitor Analysis. Communicate and execute as per the A/c plan; and conduct periodic review of the plan with higher Management in order to grow in the Account as per plan.
Account Mining & Rivew: Responsible for new opportunities within the account. Accountable for SOW/contract continuity and minimize revenue leaking. Increase higher customer satisfaction scores.
Basic Qualifications :
- Minimum 3-6 years Knowledge of Delivery/ Sales
- Experience with MS Office
- Ability to travel up to 10-20%
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
