Karvy - Account Manager - Policy Servicing - Client Services (8-10 yrs)
1. Ensure that the operations functions of the company are run effectively and efficiently so that each operational division performs in terms with their strategic plan, developmental plan and operational plan objectives
2. Closely monitor the SLAs and TATS agreed with the client and ensure compliance of the same.
3. Work with the technology team to find various automation solutions that improve service standards, reduce Average Handle Times and cut overall costs.
4. Setup governance plans that align with client expectations and tightly monitor them by conducting weekly internal reviews, fortnightly governance calls and monthly governance meetings etc.,
5. Watch the change of guard slip-ups during the shift changes and drive accountabilities among supervisors.
6. Track exceptions with regard to HO and branch service delivery and ensure that the conveyor belt runs smoothly
7. Manage internal / external client relationships effectively and build client relationships in the wider client environment.
8. Liaise and Network with all the support functions within the organization.
9. Maintain appropriate balance between cost and service in the context of seasonal business / volume fluctuations.
10. Maintain the administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison on all company affairs at a level acceptable to the board operations and controls.
11. Implement, maintain and manage an effective system of controls throughout the company, covering operational, non-financial as well as financial controls.
12. Manage and report highlights and exceptions with respect to financial and physical resources, administration and budgeting.
