We at Karo Sambhav are extending our operations across India. With the mission of strengthening the E-waste sector by enabling a circular economy, our growing start-up is searching for ardent candidates to join our movement.

We are looking for a Junior Creative Designer who will be a part of the communications team, that works together to enhance the reach and visibility of Karo Sambhav activities. As our creative designer, your responsibilities will include areas of design such as illustrations, typography, colour, space and texture. You will get the opportunity to collaborate on ideas, concepts and designs for the digital campaigns, marketing materials & brand/communications assets.

Responsibilities : 

i. Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across all communications/marketing assets

ii. Create compelling and effective designs, for print and digital media.

iii. Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.

iv. Should have good knowledge of corporate branding, digital media and colour theory.

v. Creative with the ability to make designs from scratch including design for campaigns, social media and Ads.

vi. Great eye for composition and typography.

vii. Expertise in technical skills with respect to Graphic (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign)/ Web page designing / Video Image editing.

viii. Experience in animation/video creation will be a huge advantage.

Qualifications : 

a. A Bachelors- / Masters / Specialized course in Design (e.g., graphics, visual communications)

b. Technical proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, & After Effects) the more the merrier

c. High degree of understanding of people, brands and the market

d. 0-2 years of experience in the same/ similar role
