We seek an enthusiastic market who is eager to learn about our company by assisting the sales team. Working on the front line to acquire new clients will provide you with hands-on industry experience. You will participate in upcoming projects and assist with ongoing offline marketing campaigns at DELHI NCR locations.

Job Description :

- Accountability of target-oriented growth of the business (new customer acquisition) in allocated communities

- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.

- Must be able to Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.

- Coordinate appointments to show homes & land to prospective buyers.

- Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.

- Inspect condition of premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs.

- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.

- Responsible for planning, implementing, and directing the B2B sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives.

- Come up with new and innovative offline marketing activities. Help in managing the offline marketing activities.

Qualification :

- Degree in any field with at least 4-10 years of work experience.

- Previous work in marketing for real estate is preferred.

- Demonstrable grasp of the Real Estate Development and Property Management

- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Strong communication capabilities, written and verbal, for executive-level discussion and influence, comfort and confidence interfacing with and presenting to staff and executives.
