Role and Responsibility:

1. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

2. Understanding customer needs and requirements.

3. Engage with HR Managers/CHROs to position Karkinos B2B offerings.

4. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

5. Responsible for customer follow-up.

6. Understand customer needs and requirements and therefore be able to pitch the apt plan for the client.

7. Close sales and achieve the monthly/weekly targets. Be a team player and build a good relationship with clients.

The ideal candidate should have:

1. Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.

2. Strong listening and presentation skills

3. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

4. Immediate joiner is preferred.

5. Experience in selling services, products in the healthcare domain would be an advantage

6. Relentless in acquiring new business and corporate relationships.

7. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
