Karix - Manager/Senior Manager - Sales (6-10 yrs)
Job Scope :
To become a part of an aggressive and constantly growing Team and an Enterprise focused Global Brand. Responsible for prospecting and closing business opportunities and managing existing accounts & maximizing revenues through Cloud Communication service, Market Automation Solutions etc.
Job Responsibilities :
- 6+ years of IT/ Software solutions to Large and medium
- Identify new business opportunities and build relation with Enterprise clients.
- Manage complete Sales Process from lead generation to closing the sales including cold calling and networking.
- Effectively assess the Business requirements of the Clients and accordingly present Products and Solutions.
- Develop strategic relationships with key companies at the C-levels of Business & IT.
- Collect market intelligence and keep a TAP on the progress of our competitors, their large accounts, etc.
- Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports.
- Connections with Founders and Angels shall be an additional advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving the assigned sales quota.
- Corporate/Enterprise/B2B Technology Software/Solution Sales Exp
- Field Sales Experience
Qualification and Experience :
- MBA(Mandatory) / PGDM in marketing with 6-10 years of IT /Software solutions Enterprise Sales Experience.
Knowledge and Skills :
- Should be proficient in MS -Excel, PowerPoint
- Shall be experienced with Salesforce and other Sales Tracking Tools.
Required Soft-Skills :
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Good Presentation skills and ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
- Proven analytical and organizational ability.
- Proactive, ability to work independently.
