We are looking for Business Development Executives that can be groomed into leadership roles at Karbon. Good written and communication skills are mandatory. We need highly driven, disciplined and hard-working individuals to join us at Karbon.
We hire very selectively and build world class teams that can deliver, so we want to make sure you fit in that culture.
What will you do -
1. Speak to corporates, understand their spending and bring them onboard Karbon.
2. You will have to work with the finance teams of these companies, and you will be trained on the financial processes.
3. You will identify areas of fit with the corporate finance teams as well as document and present your learnings with the marketing and product teams.
4. You will have objective goals, targets and incentives. We want to make sure that you can make an impact here. Hitting targets and receiving incentives means you are on your way to leadership position in Karbon very early in your career.
5. We work 5 days from our beautiful office in Indiranagar, so we expect you to be based nearby.
Must haves -
1. 2-5 years of sales experience.
2. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
3. Being good with numbers and being detail oriented.
4. Experience in selling to D2C companies specifically will be a big plus
5. Ownership - We believe in letting people take the lead and not micromanaging anyone, so we expect that our team takes that responsibility.
