Brief Job Description :
- Primary and secondary sales ensuring consistency in sales
- Enabling effective coordination amongst team members specialized for stockist management, retailer management and merchandisers
- Preparing deliverables and targets for all team members
- Driving team members to achievement of targets in line with the activities, focus areas of the organization.
- Sales Forecasting at monthly and quarterly level.
- Distribution Management Billing, stocks & Collections
- Product Awareness Building, Visibility & Merchandising
- MIS and Monitoring Sales Report
- Managing SS
- Analyzing and handling Competition and competitor activities.
- Resolving Customer Complaints and grievances
- Training, Leading & motivating the Sales Officers/Team
- Coordinating with HO for Brand related activities, Supply Chain, Finance and HR.
- Handling TSOs and SOs effectively and ensuring their development.
Preferred age group : 30-35
Reporting Authority : Business Unit Head
