- Experience in BPO Operations and Management.
- 1 or 2 years experience in service industry
- Excellent communications & Interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic & Energetic individuals with willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Organized professionals with Rich knowledge and passionate in achieving Service Level Agreement (Response & Resolution).
- Achieving Process Targets by running the process successfully.
- Excellent in analytical ability with very good documentation skills
- Good Excel skills and Reporting knowledge
- Comfortable in Working with Team Oriented Setting, as well as independent.
- Flexible to work in Shifts 24/7
- Should be able to Understand client requirements clearly, document and communicate the same to internal teams.
- Ability to take ownership of the customer/customer complaints
