Kapture CRM - Sales Development Role (2-8 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by generating leads, conducting cold calls, and nurturing relationships with potential clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, enthusiasm for relationship building, and experience in SaaS and B2B sales.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Conduct cold calling to identify and qualify potential leads for our products and services.
- Utilize various lead generation techniques to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Research and gather information on potential prospects to understand their business needs and pain points.
- Engage in field sales activities, including attending meetings, trade shows, and industry events, to build relationships and promote our offerings along with pre-sales consultants.
- Communicate effectively with potential customers, explaining the benefits and features of our products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and
campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to schedule appointments, demos, and product presentations.
- Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads for further nurturing and
conversion.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities.
KEY SKILLS:
- 3+ years of field sales experience in SAAS industry
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage with clients, deliver
persuasive presentations, and build long-term relationships.
- Proven track record in lead generation and cold calling.
QUALIFICATION:
Any Graduate
