Kappa Coffee - Associate Manager - HORECA Sales (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
Customer Development : 65%
- Identify pipeline of leads/customers in the hotels, offices, cafes/restaurants segment that fit Cohoma's profile (Pan-India) and ensure conversion.
- Outreach and meetings with clients to understand needs and deliver an appropriate, tailored, commercial solutions (coffee, equipment, and experiences).
- Conduct demos as required
- Build institutional, long-term supply partnerships
Customer Retention : 35%
- Ensuring clients on-boarded convert to contractual long-term customers by ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
- Expanding customer portfolio by adding products and service lines
- Building Cohoma's presence in customer locations via appropriate co- branding and other visual merchandizing solutions.
Critical Skills Required :
- Min 5 Years' relevant sales experience in caf and hospitality sales (required)
- Coffee industry experience (preferred)
- Working knowledge of coffee including operation of semi-automatic coffee machines (preferred)
- Strong communication and conversational skills (interpersonal skills) + structured written communication (email) (required)
- Proven track record of sales/target achievement in acquiring and retaining new customers (required)
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Analytical, logical thinker
- Start-up Orientation : This job involves work both in office and making field visits. Comfort with working with smaller teams is important. Willingness to work in an unstructured, start-up environment.
