We are hiring for Software sales,

Location : Bangalore & Coimbatore

Designation: Sales

Grade Level: Asst. Manager/Manager

Department: Software Sales

Language Preferred: English & Tamil, Hindi, Kannada

Education: M.B.A

Experience: 3+ years of ON FIELD SALES

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for prospecting for new business within specific territories, especially for Chit Fund and NBFC Companies

- Market research for identifying new client, lead generation & converting the lead into a prospect

- Manage, nurture, and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.

- Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity to generate lead opportunities.

- Maximizing lead generation by initiating and creating touch-base to develop high-level relationships by cold calling to potential clients

- Generation of new sales leads via Direct customer engagement.

- Able to show the product demos

- Requirement gathering, Analyzing, Negotiation and deal closure

- Should be willing to travel to other locations

- Attending Client calls and presenting Company Products and services for smooth coordination

Optional :

- Drafting RFP/ RFQ's.

- Working closely with Delivery Team

- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

- Identifying gaps in Products/Services and gathering a client requirement

- Expand the relationships with existing customers/Clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

- Responding to complaints from clients and providing after-sales support as requested.

- Review client's orders and plan and coordinate delivery activities
