Kapil Group - Manager - Sales - Real Estate Domain (1-3 yrs)
- Able to generate the lead and must be able to covert sales into Real Estate category.
- Strong experience in direct sales in real estate industry
- Experience in generating new leads through various sales/marketing techniques/BTL etc.
- Ability to generate and convert the leads to sales
- Should have strong experience in sales closure
- Having knowledge of the local property market and experience of property pricing to find homes that match their clients needs
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
- Should guide the team in following the companies policy, system, software & reports etc.
- Updating al necessary information in the ERP
- Delivering reports to the management
- Should be a Go Getter, Team Leader and Target Oriented
- Always customer focused with good analytical Skills
- Should be aggressive with excellent communication skills
- Adaptive to work on weekend/ rapidly changing circumstances
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
